What is your cancelation policy?


For cancellation we kindly ask within to give the stylist 48 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel, in order to avoid cancellation fees. 

Especially for Color Services that are harder to fill up last minute.

Appointments that are no show will be subject to a Cancellation/No Show fee. We kindly ask to give the stylist 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. 

Is there parking?

Yes! We have a free parking lot at our disposal for the salon.

What should I do when I arrive?

Come on in! A stylist will greet you and direct you to you to your appointment. There’s a waiting area in the front where you can hang out. Once your stylist has cleaned and sanitized their work stations, they will come and grab you.

Running late or need to reschedule?

Contact your stylist directly (the link below will direct you to their contact info. Please note depending on how long you get in, there might not be enough time for the full service, due to this appointment running into their next appointment.
